Dust off your boots and stay awhile. The South Eastern Idaho Practical Shooters enjoy a very active cowboy action club. Every first Saturday of the month you'll find these guys and gals hootin', hollerin and shootin' steel.

Fast and Furious!

South Eastern Idaho Practical Shooters has many members involved in Practical Shooting. A fast paced and competitive sport. Opening doors,  moving targets and quick reloads are just a few of the obstacles you may encounter before you reach the end of the course. Always remember, SAFETY FIRST!

    Announcements:

       
The South East Idaho Practical Shooters and the Skyline Gun Club
announce the first 'Lava Rock Challenge", aka "Pistols & Pumps"
on Sunday, September 12th. This grudge match will have a traveling
trophy for the top team, as well as other trophies and will end
with food & drinks after the match. 100 pistol rounds and 100 shotgun
rounds will be needed if you dont miss. Limited to 25 shooters from
each club, and cost is $50.

    • 2010 Match Notes

    SEIPS conducts one Cowboy and one USPSA match per month on the first and second Saturday respectively; ICORE on the third Sunday of the month, and Steel Challenge match on the fourth saturday of the month. Cowboy matches begin signup at 8:30 and start shooting at 9am, all others signup at 9am, shooting by 10am. IDPA matches are held every wednesday night at 6pm from mid May thru August. Match fees are "USPSA - $15/$20 and Cowboy $10/$15 for members/non-members with a $5 discount for each family member also shooting in a match.
